Lianghui Launches Next-Gen High-Reliability Steering Cylinder for ZL Series Loaders in Harsh Conditions

Designed to meet the rigorous demands of mining, quarrying, and heavy infrastructure projects, the new steering cylinder delivers enhanced durability, improved sealing performance, and longer service life – key requirements for loader models such as ZL15, ZL20, ZL30, ZL40, and ZL50 from major OEMs including XGMA, Longgong, Liugong, and others.

Field trials conducted in Southern China's quarry sites showed a 50% reduction in steering-related downtime compared to standard cylinders, with zero seal leaks reported after 2,000 operating hours.

The cylinder is now available as both an OEM replacement part and a custom-fit solution for aftermarket users. Lianghui offers full compatibility with ZL series loaders from major Chinese brands, ensuring drop-in installation without modification.
