Steering Cylinder Passes Million-Cycle Durability Test – Empowering Precise Control of Construction Machinery

The test was conducted under extreme operating conditions simulating continuous steering maneuvers in mining, construction, and quarry environments. The steering cylinder maintained leak-free performance, stable damping force, and consistent response throughout the million cycles – far exceeding the industry standard of 300,000–500,000 cycles.

The newly validated steering cylinder features:

• Precision-honed cylinder tubes ensuring minimal friction and consistent movement

This component is designed to fit ZL15–ZL50 series loaders, as well as compatible excavators and bulldozers from major Chinese brands including XGMA, Longgong, Liugong, and others. It can also be customized for OEM requirements.
